Migration registration for the full academic year (for students staying in the University dormitories)

Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF without visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department within 3 working days:

1. The original of the passport and the migration card
2. Xerox copies of all passport pages and the migration card
3. Enrollment Contract (the original and a certified copy) for students enrolled on a contract basis
4. Extract from the Enrollment Order (the original)
5. Form1 from the dormitory (the original).

For the extension of migration registration, foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF without visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department no later than 30 days prior to the migration registration expiry date:

1. The original of the passport, migration registration notice (the detachable part to the notice form of a foreign national鈥檚 arrival to the place of residence), and the migration card
2. Xerox copies of all passport pages and the migration card
3. Enrollment Contract (the original and a certified copy) for students enrolled on a contract basis
4. Extract from the Enrollment Order (the original)
5. Form1 from the dormitory (the original).

*Students living in the dormitories in Vyborgsky, Moskovsky, and Admiralteisky Districts must submit 3 passport copies and 2 Forms1 from the dormitory

For the primary registration (of students staying in the dormitories)

Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF without visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department within 3 working days:

1. The original of the passport and the migration card
2. Xerox copies of all passport pages and the migration card
3. Form1 from the dormitory (the original).

For the extension of migration registration foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF without visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department within 30 days:

1. The original of the passport, migration registration notice (the detachable part to the notice form of a foreign national鈥檚 arrival to the place of residence), and the migration card
2. Xerox copies of all passport pages and the migration card
3. Enrollment Contract (the original and a certified copy) or a Confirmation Letter (can be requested at the 新澳门历史开彩记录 1st Educational Building, room 361)
4. Extract from the Admission Order (the original) (can be requested at the 新澳门历史开彩记录 1st Educational Building, room 361)
5. Form1 from the dormitory (the original) for the students staying in the dormitories.

For processing a multi entry visa

Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF with visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department 45 days prior to the visa expiry date:

1. The original of the passport, migration registration notice (the detachable part to the notice form of a foreign national鈥檚 arrival to the place of residence) and the migration card
2. 2 sets of Xerox copies of all passport pages and the migration card (foreign nationals staying in rented apartments submit one set of copies of all passport pages)
3. A certified copy of the Enrollment Contract (can be requested at the 新澳门历史开彩记录 15th Educational Building (HS IEP), room 202) or a copy of the referral letter, issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia (room 206)
4. Extract from the Enrolment Order (the original; room 206)
5. Form1 from the dormitory (the original) for the students staying in the dormitories
6. A color photo 3.5x4.5 cm.

Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF with single entry visas and with the migration card must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department within 3 working days:

1. The original of the passport and the migration card
2. Xerox copies of all passport pages and the migration card
3.  Form1 from the dormitory (the original).

For processing a multi entry visa

Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF with visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department 45 days prior to the visa expiry date:

1. The original of the passport, migration registration notice (the detachable part to the notice form of a foreign national鈥檚 arrival to the place of residence) and the migration card

3. A certified copy of the Employment Contract and the Order of Employment (Human Recourse Office 1^st Study Building).
4.  Xerox copy of the Medical Insurance.
5. Form1 from the dormitory (the original).

For processing a multi entry visa

Foreign nationals and stateless persons who have entered the RF with visas must submit the following documents to the Passport and Visa Department 45 days prior to the visa expiry date:

1. The original of the passport, migration registration notice (the detachable part to the notice form of a foreign national鈥檚 arrival to the place of residence) and the migration card
