Polytechnic University at the traveling exhibition in China

Polytechnic University took part in a traveling exhibition in China organized by the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Beijing (Rossotrudnichestvo).

°ʷʼ¼ has more than 100 partners from China with whom joint scientific and educational projects are implemented, scientific centers and institutes are opened. In China, °ʷʼ¼’s official representative office in Shanghai and the office at the Jiangsu Research Institute of Industrial Technology in Nanjing are successfully operating, which help establish and maintain ties with international partners, leading universities and research organizations, industry, high-tech companies and innovative enterprises.

Polytechnic University’s participation in the traveling exhibition of Russian education in China was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate its achievements, draw attention to international educational programs and strengthen partnerships with Chinese universities and schools.

Polytechnic University actively participated in all events of the exhibition, which started in Beijing and continued its work in the cities of Xinyang, Hebi, Xi’an, Yangling and Chongqing at partner sites of Rossotrudnichestvo in schools and universities. Representatives of 17 Russian universities took part in the exhibition.

The Polytechnic presented the university for Chinese applicants

Cooperation between Polytechnic and Chinese universities and scientific clusters plays an important role in the development of cultural and educational exchange, as well as promoting Russian education abroad and expanding partnerships in science and technology, said Evgeniya Satalkina, Head of the International Education Office.

Deputy Head of the International Education Office Anastasiia Prokopchuk and leading manager of °ʷʼ¼ Representative Office in Shanghai Darina Balzhimaeva presented educational programs, opportunities for students and prospects of cooperation with Chinese partners. More than 3000 future applicants visited the Polytechnic’s stand during the exhibition. Chinese students were especially interested in such fields as information technologies, physics, space and telecommunication technologies, construction and design.
