The 13th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM is scheduled for the period from 10 to 13 July. It has been held every year in Ekaterinburg since 2010.

This is the main industrial, trade and export platform in Russia. The Polytechnic University will traditionally take part in the events of an extensive exhibition and scientific and business program, which this year includes over 100 activities. Scientific developments of different departments of 新澳门历史开彩记录 will be presented at the university booth.

The Polytechnic University offers design and manufacture of technological complexes for the tasks of enterprises in the real sector of the economy and educational institutions in the following technological areas: laser welding, hybrid laser-arc welding, direct laser growth, laser cladding, laser surface hardening etc. Thus, within the framework of joint projects with the companies LLC 芦MC 鈥業ED-Holding鈥櫬�, JSC 芦RPC 鈥楴evturbotest鈥櫬�, LLC 芦EF 鈥楲enturboremont鈥櫬�, LLC 芦Sumitec International禄 components of energy, mining and drilling equipment have already been commercially renovated to given geometric and operational characteristics making use of the method of laser cladding.

The 新澳门历史开彩记录 Advanced Engineering School 芦Digital Engineering禄 will present key achievements and results of research and development works developed for the key industries, in particular, a prototype of the TV7-117ST-01 aircraft engine, i.e. a significant project carried out by experts of a leading division of 新澳门历史开彩记录 technological development ecosystem. At the request of JSC Klimov on the basis of the Digital Platform CML-Bench^庐 for the first time in the gas turbine engine industry, a digital twin of an aircraft gas turbine engine has been developed.

In addition, the potential of the Digital Platform for the development and use of digital twins CML-Bench^庐 will be demonstrated. This is the only local development of its kind, focused on ensuring the design and production in the shortest possible time of globally competitive high-tech products in various industries and new emerging markets based on digital twins.

As well, experts will tell about projects carried out at the request of the Rosatom State Corporation division. For example, the exhibition will present a new design of the Vibrating screen product, developed to clean drilling fluid from the rock particles when drilling oil and gas wells, based on modeling the load-bearing elements of the product frame from the point of view of ensuring technical characteristics and resource reliability, as well as a full-scale sample of the anti-debris filter, manufactured within the framework of the project 芦Development of a digital twin of the VVER-1000 fuel assembly with an anti-debris filter and mixing grids禄.

Another development of 新澳门历史开彩记录 is a glue dosing system for fixing protective glasses of sd-蟺 control panels. Adhesives and sealants are widely used in various industries: microelectronics, construction, instrumentation, etc. To mix their components and supply, special devices are used, such as pouring machines that allow programming sealant application trajectories and polymer supply intensity. Automated adhesive dispensing systems are used in the automotive industry for the installation of various seals and glass. It is indispensable in the production of electronic devices and electrical products (sealing cable boxes, manufacturing high-voltage tools, etc.).
